The Santa Fe Birth-to-Career Collaboration (SF B2C) invites proposals from Collaborative Working Groups (CWGs) that have come together to plan and execute collective actions to improve outcomes within the birth to career continuum for children and youth in Santa Fe. Through this Grant, SF B2C will provide targeted financial assistance, technical assistance, and coordination with other CWGs and community partners to support the collective actions. Approximately $100,000 in total funding will be allocated to support five to ten CWG grants ranging from $2,500 to $20,000 for each grantee. Funding can be used to support the Group’s planning, research, data collection, resource coordination, communications, community engagement, capacity building and/or other short-term collaborative priority initiatives.

For priority consideration, groups are encouraged to submit proposals by April 18th, 2016. After priority consideration, proposals will be accepted on a rolling basis until June 30, 2016, or until all allocated funds have been utilized to support a cohort of five to ten CWGs in 2016.
