Kistemaker Business Law Group Attends Community Association Law Conference

This month, Kistemaker Business Law Group attended the ‘Ins and Outs of Community Association Law’ educational conference in Tampa.

The intermediate level course was hosted by the Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Committee and the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section.

Erum Kistemaker, managing partner and attorney, and Ellie Kellie, associate attorney, from Kistemaker Business Law Group attended the event. The firm is active in the Florida Bar’s condo committee, the condo and planned development committee which is part of the real property section of the Florida Bar.

Erum Kistemaker Reappointed to the Florida Bar’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee

Erum Kistemaker has been reappointed to the Florida Bar’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee for 2017. The mission of this committee is to increase diversity and inclusion in The Florida Bar so that the Bar will reflect the demographics of the state, to develop opportunities for community involvement, and to make leadership roles within the profession and Bar accessible to all attorneys, including those who are racially, ethnically and culturally diverse, women, members of the LGBT community and persons with disabilities.
