Real Estate is Heating Up!

The warm weather brings with it a busy season here at Kistemaker Business Law Group, particularly in the area of real estate law.

Did you know summer is the busiest moving season of the year? More than one third of people who relocate do so in the summer months, with the most moves taking place in the month of June. The top state for relocation remains our beautiful Sunshine State and the top reason for relocating ere related to housing. Most of the people who undertook relocation wanted a new home, either to secure cheaper housing, or to buy a home of their own. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, most moves between 2014 and 2015 were related to housing. Most of the people who undertook relocation wanted a new home, either to secure cheaper housing, or to buy a home of their own.

If you have a legal question pertaining to an upcoming home purchase, move, or a condominium/HOA concern, please don't hesitate to give us a call!
