Enroll your clients with the University of Utah Health Plans on and off  the exchange by December 15^th to receive a January 1^st effective date.

Remind your clients to pay their January 1^st premiums by December 31^st.  UUHP has a variety of ways your clients can make their first months payment, please visit our website to view all payment options.  

Please note to make payments online clients must first set up an account.  During the sign up process an account number and member number is required.  Your client should enter their 10 digit phone number (no dashes) for both fields to allow the account to be created and payment to be processed.
