The Cardinal will compete in Corvallis, Oregon at the Pac-12 Wrestling Championships on Sunday, February 28th. Although the Pac-12 decided to continue its prohibition on fan attendance at athletic competitions taking place on member campuses, the event will be live streamed.
Starting at 10 AM PST, the action will be available on OSUBeavers.com via dual live streams. Those streams can also be found on the Pac-12 Now app on smartphones and tablets. Then, starting at 6 PM PST, championship rounds will be available on the Pac-12 Network, Pac-12.com and the Pac-12 Now app.
The team's training has progressed well since the conclusion of the regular season, which has both athletes and coaches excited about the opportunity to compete again. The coaching staff also got a late-season boost with the addition of Kerry McCoy as its Volunteer Assistant. Considering the number of obstacles thrown at the program over the past eight months, we can assure you that this group is expecting anything but an easy road to the 2021 Pac-12 title.
Wrestling Changed My Life
Hosted and produced by Ryan Warner, we last mentioned the Wrestling Changed My Life podcast back when Jason Borrelli recorded an episode with Warner in the latter part of January. Since then, Warner has recorded additional episodes with Stanford wrestling alumni Matt Gentry, Jay Jackson, and Tim Kendall. We encourage you to check these--and other episodes--out when you get the chance. You won't be disappointed if you do.
