Hello Stonehill Church Family,
We look forward to worshiping with you this Sabbath!
“The Lord will take delight in you, and in His love He will give you a new life. He will Sing and be joyful over you.” Zephaniah 3:17, TEV
“I think God has a song for each one of us. I don’t think He has just one song that covers us all, but rather we each have our own unique love song from God. In my imagination, I can picture God in heaven singing His song over me. As the angels hear it, I imagine them saying to each other, “God is singing again! Listen, He’s singing Ginny’s song!” Or your song. Maybe right now, at this momemt, He’s singing your song. Can you hear it deep in your heart?” God’s Love Song by Ginny Allen

The game works this way: We will play music and when the music stops, you will stop on a number. We will then draw a random number. If it's the number you're standing on, you win! You get to choose your dessert. Yum and celebration! This is a fundraiser for the school. If you can donate a dessert, contact Amber_Lovett@hotmail.com. The volleyball nets will be set up. Feel free to bring your favorite board game. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.

Three Miracles in the Hospital
I was baptized at the age of 19 because I wanted to fit in, but I left the Seventh-day Adventist Church six months later. I stayed away for 33 years. But three miracles – all involving family members in the hospital – brought me back to Jesus. The first miracle happened when one of my four sisters, Olga, fell ill. Olga underwent three different surgeries but when the doctor said she would need a fourth surgery, she called me asking me to pray. “I’m scared,” she said. She explained the x-ray showed an unexplained growth inside her that looked like cancer. I prayed and promised God I would give up alcohol, cigarettes and pork if He would help my sister. During the two weeks before the surgery, I quit drinking, smoking and eating unclean meat. On the day of the surgery, my sister texted me to let me know they had not done anything to her. She was going home. Fearing the worst, that she must have inoperable cancer, I called her asking what happened. The doctors had taken a new x-ray before surgery and could not find anything wrong. She was well! I thanked God all week. On Saturday morning, I went to work as usual. A conflict broke out within me. I was breaking God’s law. Finally I left work and drove to the nearest Seventh-day Adventist church – arriving in time for Sabbath school. My mind immediately felt at peace. I realized I had come home. That day I gave my heart to Jesus.
Four years later, my elderly mother suffered a massive stroke. This strong woman, an Adventist who had raised four girls, could do nothing but stare at her family. We prayed for my mother for two weeks. She slowly improved but remained paralyzed. We finally brought her home. One day a week later, she abruptly stood up and began to walk. The family thanked God. A year later, my 79-year-old father was badly injured in a traffic accident. Hit by a bus, he was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. He was an avowed atheist who divorced my mother when I was 13 and had since remarried. He stopped talking to me when I told him I was going back to church, and he threw away all the DVDs of sermons and Christian films that I mailed him. Two weeks before his accident, he tore up a Bible that I had sent him.
Now he was hospitalized in a coma. When my sister and mother were in the hospital, we prayed that God would heal them. But in my father’s case, we all pleaded with God to awaken him long enough to repent. We prayed that he would accept Jesus. On the third day, my father woke up with a sound mind and asked what had happened, why he was in the hospital. Three hours later, he passed away. Only God knows what went through my father’s mind during those last moments. After this third answer to prayer, my heart has been really drawn to God. People should pray. Pray for your family, for your children, for your parents, and for your neighbors. God hears – and He answers – the faithful prayers of His righteous children.
