Developing loving relationships with Christ and our community

James 1:2-4
"Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything."

Quarterlies Available
This week's Sabbath School Quarterlies are in plastic bins outside the main church entrance now. Please feel free to grab one. Sanitizing wipes will be available with the bins; please keep usage down to 2 wipes per person. (If wipe containers are taken, they will no longer be provided with the quarterlies. Please leave them for others to share.)

Sabbath School on Zoom
We have found a more cost-friendly application of Zoom for the church. We hope to get sabbath school leaders access soon so that weekly sabbath schools may be held online. More details to come soon!
If you are a sabbath school leader, and you would like to use Zoom to hold your sabbath school classes, please contact Benjamin Ermshar for more information and updates!

Weekly Service
Because we are still in Stage 3 of the Texas Conference contingency plan and abiding by local regulations and recommendations, the church will be closed this weekend. There will be a live stream of the church service starting at 11:00 am.

Please Continue to Give
The spread of the Corona Virus, the resulting quarantines and the economic impacts are affecting everyone, including the church. Though we may not worship together, please keep the church in mind and continue to give what you can to help preserve the church facilities. You do not need to physically attend church to give, and every little bit helps. Please continue to give to the church online using the Adventist Giving website or by mail. If each person were to give just $100 a month, we could meet the monthly Stonehill Church Budget.

COVID-19 Aid
With the impacts of COVID-19, you or others you know may need help paying for essential needs, finding food, or other services. AuntBertha lists free and reduced-cost resources in any zip-code within the U.S. Please share this with family, friends, and neighbors.

Stewardship in Giving

Did you know it takes $25 per attending person each week to meet the Stonehill Church budget?

1. Local Budget - provides for our church ministries, building, and mortgage.
2. Tithe - sent to Texas Conference to support Texas and worldwide church.
3. Mark specific donations on your tithe envelope, along with your name and address. All unmarked and loose offering supports our Local Budget.
4. Give at Stonehill's
Online Giving Page

When filling out your tithe envelope, please clearly write your name (first and last) and address so that we can correctly identify who turned in the envelope and properly post it under the correct name. Thank you in advance for your help.
