Treasure Text:
Isaiah 41:9-10 NIV
The Helper of Israel
9 I took you from the ends of the earth, from its farthest corners I called you. I said, 'You are my servant'; I have chosen you and have not rejected you. 10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Below is a link regarding research done by Barna Research group about Adventist young people of today's generation (Millennials).  This talk was given by David Kinnaman, president of Barna Research, held at Arlington Seventh-day Adventist church about a year ago.  Upon my request, Pastor Allan Martin generously sent material and research information that Arlington Seventh-day Adventist church uses to reach out to the young and young-at-heart in their Younger Generation program.   If you are interested in attending the meeting this Sabbath, please take time to check out the link and watch the 30 minute video.
Thank you for your interest, support and time in this matter.

Support for those affected by flood
This Sabbath, we invite everyone to lend their support to those affected by the Central Texas floods in one of several ways.
1. Bring canned food to church again this Sabbath (6-13-15). It will be collected and taken to the Austin Food Bank. For more information please contact
 Rhona Ballarta, the elder overseeing this ministry.
2. Contribute to
Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) or Adventist Community Services (ACS) Disaster Response. You may donate by designating your contribution on your tithe envelope for either of these agencies (or go online to their respective sites).
3. Consider giving of your time or means to any of the many local agencies that are involved in responding to this flood.
Finally, if you know of any of members that have been directly impacted by this disaster, please let one of our elders, or any other leader in our church, know so that we may try to help in whatever way possible.
This is a call for everyone interested in establishing relationships with those in our surrounding areas.  If you have a burden to reach out to the lost, or a great desire to minister to the needs of others then I ask for you to join me in planning and praying for God's guidance concerning the spreading of the everlasting gospel in Pflugerville and beyond. If you are interested e-mail

Everywhere the light of truth is to shine forth, that hearts now in the sleep of ignorance may be awakened and converted. In all countries and cities the gospel is to be proclaimed....{Ev 19.1}

Tour de Youth 2015: The Southwest Region Conference (SWRGC) cycling team is made up of athletes who have chosen the discipline of road cycling to reach a goal of helping the youth and adults understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle and bring awareness to the growing obesity problem.   This team decided that the best way to bring awareness to the obesity problem in the United States and in particularly the Southwestern part of the country, would be to cycle from Dallas to San Antonio in the Tour de Youth 2015 (TDY2015).  They will ride 325 miles (see attached the map of projected route)-from the Southwest Region Conference office in Dallas Texas, to our 60th General Conference Session in San Antonio where over 100,000 attendees are expected to convene. We are partnering with Education and Health organizations to create an awareness with youth and adult obesity and how fitness and education can help achieve healthier generations.
