Transportation needed. I live at 18909 Saint Raguel Road, Manor TX 78653. This is 5 miles east of the church and just off of Steger Lane and right before 973.
I am reaching out to see if there maybe somebody within the church who could assist me in getting my parents to Sabbath School, Church and possibly potluck. They are in TX from Nov - May. They snowbird with me. They just need some basic assistant. Getting themselves and their walkers in and out of a vehicle. At this time, they are still able to walk, albeit slowly and not far . . . At this time, they have no other physical issues that they cannot handle on their own. Last year, Mom drove to church and at that time she really should not have been driving. With the increased traffic since they were here last, I would like to keep her from getting behind the wheel.
It is difficult for them to get out of a regular car so using their van or something similar would be necessary.
I would be willing to compensate somebody for this effort. Or make a donation to the church. It would not have to be every week. Anything would be a great help. I can be reached at 512-246-8673 or by
email@example.com. email at Thanks in advance for any assistance, Sylvia Delino.
Children’s Ministries. Children's activity bags are available to our visitors and members during the service and can be found near the greeters table by the main entrance. Please remember to return them at the end of the service. If you are interested in helping with or leading out in this ministry, please contact Amber Lovett at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Pianists needed. The music and worship team has openings for pianists! We're looking for pianists to join our rotation to play for services. If you are interested in playing a couple times a quarter, please contact Kijana at email@example.com. Thank you!

Meet Our Principal Chinyere (Cici) Ukegbu
Grades: Principal/3rd-8th Grade Teacher
Tell us a bit about yourself: I was born in NY, and moved to TX with my family as a child and have been all over TX ever since. I love to do fun crafts, sing, read (when I have time), and work out.
Why is Adventist Education important to you? I like to tell everyone that I'm an Adventist School junkie because every form of formal education I have received has been within the Adventist Education System. I have met so many wonderful, God-fearing teachers that have helped mold me into the person that I am today. In my experience in the public school setting, I saw that teachers have a different connection with their students when they are able to pray with and for them. I began to appreciate the sacrifices my parents made just to keep me and my siblings in Adventist schools. As this is my fourth year teaching at Stonehill Christian Academy, my students become like my own children. I've taught some of these students from Pre-K and it's amazing to see how much they've grown. I truly love my kids.
What are your goals for this school year?
My main goals include providing an excellent education for my students, and making sure that they know that God loves them, and that they can always trust in Him.
Share something interesting that your class has learned in the first few weeks of school.
Some of them have learned just how much they love to read! One of the major topics we have covered in science is cells. They have learned just how complex cells are. We will cover many more exciting and interesting topics throughout this school year!
