The end of 2016 saw the installation of a notice board at the top of the walkway from the LaSalle Avenue entrance to the trail. It's meant to be a way for us to keep trail users informed. We also got a good start on planned improvements at that entrance - repainting the iron railings and about two-thirds of the wooden retaining wall, and prepping the hillside for new plants.

Ahead in 2017: With the help of volunteers and in cooperation with the Montclair Village Association, we'll complete the transformation of the the LaSalle Avenue trail entrance. We hope you'll join us on the 3rd Saturday of the month for a work party.  Watch the notice board for time and location.
