Foreign Fighters Report Adopted by Parliamentary Assembly CoE

On 27 January, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (CoE) adopted a report on foreign fighters in Syria and Iraq, The report's explanatory memorandum is largely based on the work of ICCT Research Fellow Dr. Christophe Paulussen.
