Report Launch|1 April 2016
Approximately 30% of those Europeans who left for Syria and Iraq as so-called "foreign fighters" have returned to their home countries in the EU. This is one finding of ICCT's new report on the foreign fighters phenomenon in the EU that will be launched this Friday, 1 April in The Hague.
