Hale County This Morning, This Evening draws from the visual language of portraiture but breaks from its historically racist aesthetic frameworks to expand the possibilities for expression of African American men on film. It also received the Special Jury Award for Creative Vision at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival. Please register for a free ticket here.
