MANTRA MONTHLY :  I N S P I R A T I O N
My Inspiration is my "why".

I believe that to be successful and sustainable in business today, we need to develop a why that is bigger than ourselves.

My "why" has evolved over time from a simple desire to have a positive impact on the world and those around me to a passionate dedication to being a positive catalyst for change to empower others. I'm driven to help people build their businesses by empowering them with the tools, methods, strategies and delivery they need to succeed.

But why is having a bigger "why" so important?
It provides you with a sense of purpose and direction, which in turn helps you stay motivated and focused. It also helps you to build a strong sense of community and connectedness with those around you, as you work together towards a shared vision of success.

What's your "why"? What's the driving force that's bigger than you, guiding you on your journey?

Inspiration
Into Action

by Ellie Rogers

What happens when you find inspiration?

If you’ve made the decision to take action on an idea, it’s probably a priority for you. This is a bit of an assumption, but we find that most business leaders we speak with move forward with their next ambitions and ideas when it is something that they either need to do or want to do (or if you’re lucky enough for those things to coincide, both).

Knowledge and skills let you translate inspiration into action and results.

For our team, this is a process they get to carry out every day for our clients. Marketing has to start with pieces of inspiration that are formed and enhanced with detailed research, turning awesome ideas into results-driven strategies.

We’ll share an example with you. This kind of development process is key for things like reviewing your Brand Positioning strategy (think about your brand’s key messaging, for example).

We ask ‘What inspires you?’
The values mission and purpose behind your brand.

And find out what inspires your target audience.
The motivators and pain points that create an opportunity to engage them in your brand.

Before tying them together for awesome results.
Translating your approach into solutions and features your target audience will value.

As you’ll likely have already got a feel for, we take research seriously. It’s what lets us balance your preferences and interests with the current market need, Our method is focused on listening to your ambitions and translating them into marketing strategies that deliver growth for your business.

Ready to turn your inspiration into action that counts? Speak with our team, it’s what we’re here for.

Find Your
Flow

by Aleks Ksiazkiewicz

In whichever field or industry you’re in, inspiration flows through us and shows up in a whole collection of different ways, and not always when you ask it to. Sometimes it arrives like a striking bolt and other times leaves you feeling stuck in a rut. So, what could you do to keep your inspiration and creativity in a steady flow? Here are a few things I recommend relying on…

  1. Method number 1 is as simple as grabbing a pen and paper. Find a time in your day to jot down your ideas, sketch them out, list a few adjectives, phrases and words associated with your project. You will be surprised how much this tactile activity helps your brain to unwind and open up.

  2. Method 2 is equally as easy - connect more with nature. Yes, I know this sounds very cliche, but seriously, try it and feel it out! Take a walk around the block. Take your time to sit outside in a park with your coffee to-go. Enjoy the sunny warmth on your face. Let your thoughts and ideas come to you.

  3. Last but not least, find a newsletter, a podcast, a person you really look up to and see how they take their creativity and inspiration and put it to work. As a creative myself, I often go on Pinterest in my spare time and browse through numerous designs to get my excitement running for my next project.

It’s often the smaller moments in our day-to-day that unlock new ideas and let us stay creative. Don’t let them pass you by.

Ready to find new inspiration for your brand’s growth? We’ve got a few ideas up our sleeves, drop me an email to hear them.
