Now that we are finally home following the 2016 SHOT Show (and East Coast blizzard) I wanted to take a moment to thank our valued customers and fans, like you, for following our news and supporting us not only through the show, but for these past few years. We had a very successful SHOT Show and we owe that in large part to your enthusiasm for our products.
This year's show saw more than 64,000 industry professionals in attendance—the second highest total ever—and over 13 acres of product displays from 1,600 exhibitors. From Industry Day at the Range on Monday to when doors closed on Friday, our booth was bustling with dealers and media, all excited to bring you our new products, like the TAVOR® SAR .300 Blackout and X95®. We too are excited and can't for you to get your hands on it all!
Sincerely, Michal Kassnar

If you were paying attention to our announcements from SHOT Show, you may have heard some big news from us. If you love our TAVOR® SAR, you’ll really love the new calibers we’re rolling out!
Our popular TAVOR® SAR will be available as a dedicated .300 Blackout bullpup. Already own a TAVOR® in 5.56 NATO or 9mm? No worries, we’ve got your back with the .300 Blackout Conversion Kit that includes a 16.5” or 18” cold-hammer forged chrome lined barrel made of CrMoV steel with a 1:7 right hand twist, a headspaced bolt, an A2 Flash Hider and barrel wrench for an MSRP of $499. The .300 Blackout bullpup configuration is available for $2,049.
If the .300 Blackout doesn’t excite you, then maybe the news that our highly-anticipated X95® has arrived will! The next generation CQB bullpup is available in a civilian-legal 5.56 NATO, .300 Blackout and 9mm. The X95® is a modern, modular bullpup design emulating all the familiar features of the TAVOR® but amped up on steroids, incorporating a tri-rail forearm covered by three removable vented rail covers, modular trigger guard, relocated charging handle and ambidextrous magazine release similar to that of an AR-16/M16. MSRP for the X95® is $1,999 while Conversion Kits for 5.56 NATO/9mm and .300 Blackout are $899 and $499, respectively.
IWI EXPANDS U.S. MANUFACTURING
We also announced at SHOT Show last week that we are expanding our U.S. manufacturing capabilities to now produce cold-hammer forged barrels for our products, as well as for OEM customers.
Why does this matter to you? Because now we can make in-house barrels with tighter tolerances than many currently on the market today. Our barrel blanks are precision-machined, drilled and honed to exacting standards on state-of-the-art deep-hole drilling and honing machines. Barrel manufacturing is a key element of our long-term strategy to have the capability to manufacture key components of our firearms stateside.
A few years after its debut in the United States, and after being festooned with awards and accolades from shooters of varying stripes, where the does the Israeli-designed TAVOR® bullpup rifle fit in the hearts of American gun owners?
After months of anxiously waiting, Laura Burgess Marketing announced the winner of their $6,000 Gun and Gearaway at our SHOT Show booth last week. The amazing prize package, built around our TAVOR® SAR, includes firearm accessories, apparel and more from top industry brands like Dead Air Armament™, ATN, Mission First Tactical and Tacprogear. Michael Kassnar, IWI US Vice President of Sales and Marketing, was on hand during to announce and congratulate Robert Wagner, of Tennessee, as the lucky winner.
