Friday 17 May 2019
2pm to 4pm
47 King William Rd, Unley
The Minister for Health has initiated a review of the Advanced Care Directive Act 2013 (SA) as part of a required five (5) years review. This independent review is being undertaken by University of South Australia who is consulting with key stakeholders and the public to identify recommendations and findings about the effectiveness and operation of the Act as well as key areas of concern in the area of advance care planning to inform the Minister.
To support this review, Health Consumers Alliance of South Australia (HCASA) is inviting consumers, their family members, carers or friends who have lived experience of implementing an Advanced Care Directive, either for themselves or for another person to attend this workshop or complete an online survey.
