Carrboro Coffee Collaborates

The No Quarter Coffee Stout is back! Our friends at Steel Sting Brewery brew this every year with our cold pressed Guatemalen La Providencia coffee. It's an 8.0% coffee and oatmeal stout that features an intense coffee aroma and flavor, with a finish of semi-sweet cocoa. This batch has an additional infusion of our Ethiopia ARDI for floral and berry notes.

Don't miss its return to the Tap Room for the colder months, and keep an eye out for bottles!

Featured Client

This month's featured client is Weaver Street Market, a community-owned natural foods grocery store. Carrboro Coffee Roasters is currently on the shelves in both their Carrboro and Hillsborough locations!

Featured Coffee: Santa Felisa White Honey

We purchased this coffee through our Direct Relationship with this farm owned by siblings Antonio & Anabella Meneses. As 4th generation farmers, they cultivate this unusually processed coffee with amazing care and attention to the environment & the coffee’s potential. The distinct processing of this coffee brings out delicious tropical fruit acidity with a red fruit sweetness and balanced chocolate body.
