October News

It's starting to feel like fall here at Carrboro Coffee! We've got an event-heavy month in store along with some new collaborations and coffees. And don't forget to try our NITRObrew now on tap at Open Eye Cafe!

Carrboro Coffee Collaborates

The No Quarter Coffee Stout is back! Our friends at Steel Sting Brewery brew this every year with our cold pressed Guatemalen La Providencia coffee. It's an 8.0% coffee and oatmeal stout that features an intense coffee aroma and flavor, with a finish of semi-sweet cocoa. This batch has an additional infusion of our Ethiopia ARDI for floral and berry notes.

Don't miss its return to the Tap Room for the colder months, and keep an eye out for bottles!

Featured Client

This month's featured clients are our friends at the Venable Restaurant Group - Venable, CrossTies Barbecue and B-Side Lounge, all located right near Carr Mill, and all proudly serving Carrboro Coffee! Whether you're checking out the elevated comfort food at Venable, barbecue at CrossTies, or the shared plates and wine on tap at B-Side Lounge - you'll find something for everyone.

Featured Coffee: Saul Melara

We first bought this coffee as a Cup of Excellence & quickly connected with Sr. Melara to make it a Direct Relationship, purchasing his entire crop for the last 8 years. Lively, sweet lime acidity & lush body make this a truly special coffee grown by a hard working and dedicated farmer that we are proud to work with.
