Tioga Sequoia Brewing Company will be here taking over half our handles with six of their delicious beers.

Here's what we'll be pouring:

"Highway 99 Golden Ale"-
 is an easy drinking golden ale that is meant to be enjoyed by beer drinkers on all levels. A slight sweetness and rich flavor is derived from the honey malt used along with other specialty grains. 
"Autumnus Hazelnut Double Brown"- extra strength classic English brown ale is brewed with heavy amounts of British Maris Otter malt at its core along with brown, honey, and chocolate malt. Molasses is added at the whirlpool stage of brewing to enhance its complexity and rich malt flavors. Hazelnut is added during post fermentation for a luxurious nutty twist on this already unique double brown ale. 
"Double Dry Hopped General Sherman IPA"- classic West Coast Style IPA unfiltered and dry hopped a second time with additional Simcoe, Crystal, and Cascade hops. Dry hopping lends extra aroma and flavor to any beer. Double Dry Hopping this IPA gives it an even bigger floral citrus flavor and aroma that all hop heads love.
"Tecumseh Imperial IPA"- is brewed as a Triple IPA but has deceptively smooth flavor and extreme drinkability given the massive amount of malts and hops used to produce this tasty Imperial style IPA.
"Rush Hour Breakfast Stout"- full-bodied breakfast stout that was created in collaboration with local roaster Café Corazón in Fresno, CA. The coffee is roasted and ground just days before each batch and is cold pressed and infused into our chocolate milk stout. This combination creates a creamy, bold, robust, yet silky smooth breakfast stout.
"Firefall Red Ale"- This is American Red Ale features a bright malt profile with a crisp and refreshing hop balance. The texture from malt and blend of Columbus and Crystal hops complement each other perfectly creating a balanced red ale that anyone can enjoy.

Tioga-Sequoia Brewing Company was founded in 2007 with a mission of producing world class beers that could bring awareness and resources to the preservation of the Southern Sierra Nevada Mountains in California. In 2010 we planted our flag in Downtown Fresno, CA and decided to take our journey of becoming the San Joaquin Valley’s local brewery a step further. Our beer and brands reflect the greatness of the region we brew in. We highlight the beauty of the Southern Sierras that run along the Eastern side of the San Joaquin Valley that include landmarks such as Yosemite National Park, Sierra National Forest, Sequoia National Park, Kings Canyon National Park, and Sequoia National Forest. We also integrate and feature local flavor, creativity, and culture in our products to give our valley residents a sense of pride in what they drink and support.

Our award-winning Brewmaster, Kevin Cox, has been spent over 20 years in the brewing industry. He began his career as a cellar master/production manager for Heitz Wine Cellars in the Napa Valley from 1979-1989. He then moved to Fresno to help in the founding of Butterfield Brewing Company, a San Joaquin Valley favorite for many years. Butterfields Brewing Company evolved into Sequoia Brewing Co in 2003 and during his tenure with both breweries he won five gold medals at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, Colorado, as well as numerous regional and State awards. In 2010 Kevin became head brewmaster at Tioga-Sequoia Brewing Co. and helped to build our current downtown brewery.
