The Growing Project

The Growing Project is a local nonprofit that has helped build community gardens at some of our properties as well as many others throughout Fort Collins. They provide great workshops on topics such as outdoor survival skills, making your own plant medicinals, plant foraging skills, and even basket weaving with willow shoots. And many of these are free!

For more information, workshop events or to volunteer, visit their website here.

Get ready for Spring

With the weather getting warmer, we'll be spending more time outside. Please remember our policies for your patios and the common areas. We ask you to keep common areas clear of your items, especially under stairways. Items left in common areas will be removed!  Do not use your patio, balcony or lawn to store household items or furniture, toys, bikes, car parts, appliances, etc. Outdoor and/or patio furniture is fine on your patio or balcony only. Check your Community Handbook or contact your Property Manager with questions.

Don't be a Party Pooper

It can’t be said enough, please pick up after your pets! Not only is not cleaning up pet waste a lease violation, is also a City violation. You could be charged not only by the Villages, but fined by the City as well.  There are dog stations throughout the properties for your convenience, but it is up to you to clean up after your pet. Please help to keep your community beautiful!
