Evidence Matters

Newsletter - September 2016

Dear <<First name>>,

In this edition of Evidence Matters, we’re launching a new initiative called ‘Think like a Scientist!’.

We believe organisations can benefit from being more systematic and rigorous in the way they make decisions and shape people-related practices and policies. Adopting a scientific approach means being inquisitive and sceptical, using quality data and information to make the right decision in your organisation.
We'll also be talking about evidence-based practice and its growing importance in the changing workplace at some key HR events in November.

Think like a Scientist!

Thinking like a scientist means combining critical thinking, scientific evidence and business information to make better people-related decisions and investments.

In this paper, we explore how evidence-based practice helps us become more systematic in our thinking, driving performance and productivity.
