GREAT Britain Campaign
The GREAT Britain Campaign presence was strong at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas on 5–10 January 2020 with Technology and Innovation is GREAT branding, and 67 British tech companies representing the UK.
Arts Council England
Arts Council England is supporting a National Lottery-funded project to create 40 community art projects at arts centres around the UK, making for the most diverse large-scale art project seen in England. Read more.

UK artists can now apply for the latest round of Connections through Culture funding from British Council for any cultural collaboration projects between the UK and China. Read more and apply
Department for Digital Culture Media & Sport (DCMS)
Martin Green CBE, former chief of Hull UK City of Culture 2017 and Head of Ceremonies at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games has been appointed as head of the UK's Festival 2022. Read more here.

Mayor of London
Seven areas have been chosen to bid for London Borough of Culture 2021 and 2023 including Hammersmith, Lewisham and Sutton, each with potential to win £1.35m in funding for the programme. Read more here.
Coventry and the Midlands
Coventry 2021 UK City of Culture has put together a highlight reel of their 2019 activity. They will also be painting hundreds of parts of the city a distinctive 'Moving Blue' ahead of their City of Culture year. Watch the video below and read more about the blue painting plan.

Waltham Forest Cello Fest
An annual classical music festival in the London Borough of Waltham Forest. The inaugural edition took place in October during Waltham Forest 2019 London Borough of Culture. 
VITRINE presents an international programme focused on artistic experimentation and emerging interdisciplinary practices and runs as both a both commercial gallery and producing non-profit projects.
Art Trek
Art Trek organises an annual open studios and special art-related events across North Devon, Torridge and West Exmoor. Rurally isolated artists and makers are given opportunities to sell to and develop relationships with public and peers.
The Play House
The Play House uses participatory theatre and drama to support the language and learning of children and young people. It aims to stimulate children’s imagination and creativity, including through its popular touring programme of participatory theatre in education.
