From Pebmarsh Parish Council.
It seems there is a growing propensity for cyclists to ride on some of our local footpaths.
This is a polite reminder to all cyclists that public footpaths are solely for the use of pedestrians and that using them for any other form of transport is in no way permissible.
To do so is not only flaunting what is acceptable but has the potential to be very dangerous to pedestrians, including mothers with their children and pets, and riders alike.
We respectfully ask, therefore, that all cyclists refrain from adopting this practice.
