All eyes are on Santiago: Chile's capital is the world's next top culinary destination
The U.S. magazine, Saveur, specialist in everything gourmet, chose Santiago as the next top city for gastronomy. The publication states that the capital is ready to stand alongside Lima, Buenos Aires and Sao Paulo, as the next cutting-edge culinary destination. Journalist, Shane Mitchell, visited different parts of the city, from the Vega Central to the Ñam Festival, so that he could discover the wide variety of products on offer; products which have placed Santiago under the spotlight.
