Science and Faith - Fridays 7:30-9 pm, starting tomorrow
The “Science and Faith” program is designed for a small discussion group lasting for 6 weeks on Fridays 7:30-9 pm starting on Jan. 22. We will follow the course prepared by scientists and professional theologians collaborating with the Faraday Institute in Cambridge, UK.
The topics covered are based on a documentary called “Test of Faith” and a companion book (view more info at www.testoffaith.com), tackling the issues raised by science and faith and challenging the popular myth that faith and science are incompatible.
Everyone is welcome. No scientific knowledge or theological education required! What you need is a sense of wonder about the great mysteries of life and an open mind.
