Advancing Women in the Workplace One Conversation at a Time

Dads, It's Time to Listen

The past year shed a glaring spotlight on the challenges and inequities that exist in our world. The seismic impact of COVID-19 on women and people of color has revealed that many of our systems, including the workplace, are broken or out of balance.

In my latest LinkedIn article, I called on other fathers (and all men) to use this weekend of Father's Day to ask a few questions of their co-workers and the women in their lives about their experiences in the past year. That's it. Just ask these questions and LISTEN to the answers.

We need more men to listen to understand right now.

It's a critical exercise if we hope to make impactful change in the workplace and beyond in the future.

Read my LinkedIn article and starting asking questions. You'll be glad you did.

Happy Father's Day!

P.S. I'm leading a C-Suite Session at the IWL Women's Leadership Virtual Conference June 23 - 24, 2021. It's an invitation-only session. Please contact me if you'd like to attend. Conference registration closes this Friday, so act fast in order to participate.
