I hope that you’re well, and that you don’t mind us emailing you. 
Paul and I wanted to update you on some tweaks that we’ve made to our dining areas.
We sense that the hospitality industry is changing, and that people now need an offering that reflects their amended budgets. 
With this in mind Paul and I have decided to offer a three course, à la carte menu, for £26.50.
Many of Newell’s greatest hits will still be on offer, as well as an extra menu that offers dishes that can be had for a supplement.
The first change that you may notice is the name – to many Newell didn’t mean a lot.
Amending the name to Newell French Bistro is more evocative of what we do, and of who we are.
The revamped dining room has moved into a smaller area (on the left, as you enter) and the former restaurant is now a dedicated function space for up to 30 people, click here for more information.
We hope that you will appreciate these improvements, and find the new ambiance as enjoyable as the food.
The soul of the restaurant remains the same; Paul’s in the kitchen, and I continue to run the dining room.
