Exhibit Opens Saturday, July 11
The muscle cars are roaring into ACM for our newest exhibit, American Muscle: Rivals to the End, featuring a number of coveted cars from this beloved era including a 1969 427 Yenko Camaro, 1970 Dodge Super Bee and a 1970 Buick GSX.

American Muscle will boast an astonishing 20 cars, all of which have a unique place in American motoring history. Regardless if you are a Chevy, Chrysler or Ford fan, this unique display will take you back in time to when these cars tore up the countryside and the drag strip.

1969 Dodge Super Bee

The original Dodge Super Bee was based on the Dodge Coronet, designed as a two-door coupe. Produced from 1968 until 1970, it was the company's low-priced, powerful muscle car, created in response to the success of the Plymouth Road Runner. The origin of the name "Super Bee" is a play on the "B" platform designation given to Chrysler's mid-sized cars of the era, including the Road Runner and Charger.

The Super Bee was also the car that won the Hemmings Motor News social media poll for which car would be featured on the exhibit poster for American Muscle, Rivals to the End.

This Super Bee, on loan from Wes and Linda Konsmo, will be featured in the exhibit.
