Course announcement:
New course launch! We have just launched the Dispute Resolution in Community Schemes short course, which is starting on 13 March 2017. This course is relevant to sectional title schemes, as well as HOAs, and is based on the new CSOS Act.

Book announcement:
The Sectional Title Act, Rules and Regulations book has been updated and is available for purchase on our website, as well as the existing edition of the HOA Survival Manual. We are currently in the process of updating/finalising the remainder of our book range. Keep an eye out for new books launching soon.

This month, Nicole introduces a new video series based on the CSOS. Zerlinda explains why conduct rules need to be amended, and Anton unpacks the background to sectional title scheme development. Also, in the latest blog post, Carryn explains the in's and out's of short-term letting in sectional title schemes.
