Hi Paddocks Press fan,

This Mandela Day, we will be giving back! Call us on 18 July 2016 between 8am and 5pm, and we will give you a free 15 minute telephonic consultation.

This month, Nicole discusses written and additional consents in the video, whilst Anton has unpacked what's in an HOA name and the significant information therein.

Carryn and I have written about how the sectional title scheme rules will be interpreted when the new Act comes info effect (a topic which seems to come up often), whilst Zerlinda unpacks the cession of contracts.

Kind regards,
Graham
