March 2016 (Volume 11, Issue 03)

Hi Paddocks Press fan,

We'd like to congratulate Dr Carryn Melissa Durham in recently obtaining her Doctorate in Laws from Stellenbosch University. We are proud to have her part of the Paddocks team.

This month, Carryn discusses ordinary resolutions in the video, and she writes about substitution of rules by the body corporate in an article.

Anton introduces the new courses Paddocks are developing and explains the need for them, and Zerlinda covers the topic of levy contributions authorised by trustee resolution.

Kind regards,
Graham

P.S. The UCT Sectional Title Meetings short course starts on 11 April 2016, sign up now before it's too late.
