August 2015 (Volume 10, Issue 08)

Hello Paddocks Press Fan,

We mentioned last month that we have been very busy with some exciting developments - here are some updates:
  • Did you know that the majority of Paddocks courses now count toward the EAAB's CPD points?
  • We have also been appointed as consultants to the CSOS Chief Ombud, Mr. Themba Mthethwa, and his executive management team.
Included in this edition are some great articles, and Anton explains what happened with the Van Rooyen v Hillandale Homeowners Association court case in the video below - which covers how the HOA stopped a tenant from buying electricity as the owner hadn’t paid a fine.

All the best,
Graham

P.S. We are running a great promotion - sign up and pay for either the UCT Sectional Title Meetings course or the Sectional Title Trustee Training course, and get any Paddocks book of your choice. Hurry, there are only 20 books up for grabs!
