Under Article 11 (1) (a) of the Articles of Association of Carrickfergus Community Forum the minimum periods of notice required to hold a General Meeting of the Charity are:
 
“twenty-one clear days for an Annual General Meeting or a General meeting called for the passing of a special resolution;”

Special Resolution
 
At the AGM we will be asking members to vote on a Special Resolution to amend the Articles of Association of Carrickfergus Community Forum.
 
The proposed amendment is as follows;
 
Proceedings of Directors
Article 36 (2) The Office of Chairperson shall not be held by any one person for more than three consecutive years.

If you wish to nominate a representative from your group to the CCF Board of Directors, please complete a nomination form and return to CCF office by
4.00 pm on Tuesday 1st March 2022
