A friendly reminder that we will be having our first lecture of the season on Wednesday evening 20 October at the Woluwe-St-Lambert Town Hall.  Please note, however, that for reasons of security, places have been reduced to a maximum of 50. It will be wise, therefore, to arrive early and meet up for drinks at 19h30.
You will not be asked to present the Covid Pass upon arriving, but it is mandatory that you wear masks until seated.

Wednesday 20th October 2021

with Christiane Geurts-Krauss

Christiane has an MA in art history and archeology from Brussels University (ULB) and previously studied art history at the University of Maryland in Brussels.  She published the biography of the Belgian Surrealist musician, poet, gallerist, collagist and collector E.L.T. Mesens, L'Alchimiste Méconnu du Surréalisme (Archives et Musée de la littérature Ed. Labor, Brussels).

Christiane also published a series of articles about René Magritte, Theo van Doesburg and Paul Gustave van Hecke for various publications. She retired after a long career as a conference interpreter in an international organisation based in Brussels.

We are so pleased to start off our season with such an interesting Belgian subject.  You will not be disappointed.

We look forward to welcoming you back.
