Formal notice: Stay aware of phishing
“Phishing is the fraudulent attempt to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords and credit card details by disguising as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication.”
Dear customer,

As phishing stays a major thread for many companies anno 2020, we want to help you raise awareness.

A few tips to keep in mind:
  1. Is the sender's email address correct (xxxx@aten.eu)?
  2. Are there any spelling and/or grammar errors in the email?
  3. Are the bank account details different from the past?
  4. Is the wording and title of the email content different from usual?
If an email seems suspicious, double-check its content by phone.
You can reach the ATEN team at +32 115 315 43 each workday (08:30-17:00).

Please note that our bank details are always mentioned on our PI and invoices. In doubt, you can double-check your PI and/or invoice. Only use the bank account mentioned on these documents.
