Resource Trial: PolicyMap
PolicyMap is a cloud-based, U.S. national data and mapping tool and analytics platform with multidisciplinary applications for college faculty, researchers, and students. Faculty can use it in their curriculum and research related to social sciences, public health, urban studies, real estate and housing analysis, community and economic developments, public administration, policy and political science, education, business, economics, statistics, geography, and more. Users can leverage thousands of U.S. indicators to perform demographic and socioeconomic analysis, from a neighborhood census block group in many cases, up to a national level, as well as create custom regions, for their research and studies. Bring a Librarian to Class
Give your students access to on-demand research help right from their eLearning course shell with an embedded librarian! When you add the librarian role to eLearning, your students can contact their librarian and get feedback through discussion posts and other interactive assignments right from their eLearning course shell. This personalized contact is even more important for online students who rarely come to campus. Contact the library today to learn more about this exciting option.
