Dear Friends, Colleagues and Partners,

It is hot in Russia and even hotter in India, but the DRM activity never stops. The DRM for FM test and demonstration in St Petersburg is in full swing. In India the Prime Minister's popular monthly address, latest cricket coverage and news have recently become part of the richer AIR DRM bouquet of programmes.

The Consortium also attended the annual General Assembly meeting of the Indian private stations (under the aegis of their organisation AROI) in New Delhi and the Honorary Chairman of the DRM Chapter will explain one of the suggestions made during this meeting.

The DRM extensive advantages, including its excellent coverage in all bands, were also presented for the first time to the global readership of the IEEE BT magazine and you will have a chance to access this article in this newsletter.

This edition will also give you a chance to read other interesting articles and see which DRM items have been most popular with the Radio World readers in the past few months.

More details about all these items are included here below.

And please remember we have launched our fifth DRM Enterprise Award and are awaiting your nominations. Make sure you or your chosen people are on the list.

If you have more questions about DRM or you wish to feature in the DRM newsletter, please let us know.

Finally, please do not forget to join us on Twitter, YouTube and Flickr.  And if you want to join the Consortium please contact

Ruxandra Obreja
Chair, DRM Consortium
