With the end January and the start of February comes the Lunar New Year, a holiday widely celebrated around the world. In the Chinese zodiac, 2023 represents the year of the rabbit, a symbol of optimism. In the Vietnamese zodiac, it is the year of the cat which is a symbol of good luck.

Stress & anxiety-Supporting our children through their primary school years

Feeling stressed and anxious is very common in day-to-day life for children in primary school. It could be related to school work, tests, social situations, sports, family changes, sickness, conflicts with friends or family, and more.
