Yes, this is December in Victoria!

What a wonderful year....

If we were to share a “cuppa something” I would want it to be around a nice warm fire in our living room.
I would offer you a cup of herbal tea sent to us from Sarita in Cornwall (which my dear British aunt calls “mud tea”!) or a nice cup of hot chocolate with a bit of foam on the top.

The we would curl up in our comfy chairs and enjoy the warmth of the fire and chat.
I would want to hear of your year – and what has enriched your life, given you pause to think, challenged you, delighted you, and caused you to grow. Depending on the experiences we have had this year, we might talk of joy or sorrow, suffering or delight... and perhaps we would talk of all of these.
But... because we are not together... I will wish you a warm “cuppa something”, a happy holiday season and special times with people you care about, and a hope for peace and joy in our individual and global lives. And I invite you to share your year with me via email if you feel inclined.

We would like to take this time to thank you. Ted and I send our love and appreciation to all of you. Being able to develop and deliver vital hospice and palliative care resources is, in large part, due to you - our supporters, collaborators, friends and colleagues. We enjoy meeting and connecting with you in our travels. We enjoy hearing from you when we return to our home office.

We wish you the best as you care for yourselves and loved ones, and wish you the best as you strive to incorporate the lovely principles of hospice palliative care in your work.

Wishing you a very Merry Christmas and joyous holiday season.
