New Caps and Neck warmers

Our new TCC caps and neck warmers have arrived, indeed some of them have already been seen on Sunday’s rides! Caps are £11, neck warmers (buffs) are £8. You can buy them from Alex at his office – please give him a ring/text/message to arrange collection. He also has bidons and socks available.

A huge thank you to all those who have led rides this year. Special thanks to Tom Round for such a variety of Wednesday evening rides, and Dave Bennett for leading so many leisure rides. If you would like to lead a ride in 2022 , but are unsure of how to use the Ride Hub app, Dave has produced a little video explainer.
Please note that the web address for the app has changed to ridehub.truro.cc
Technophobes can just email rides@truro.cc with date, time, type of ride and some idea of the route and Chris can put the ride on for you.

James is hoping that TCC can run its own time trials next year. The Events are organised and conducted by club volunteers, we would welcome any offer of assistance. There are a number of ways you can help: Giving out numbers and signing riders in; helping with timekeeping at the start and finish; putting out and taking in signs; marshalling on the course; first aid and photography. Let us know if you would be interested.

Truro Cycling Club members are invited to join in with the new Triathlon Club’s spin sessions starting in January at Morgan’s gym. The sessions are most likely to be on Tuesdays from 6.30 – 7.30 am. If you’re interested, please let Jake Keast know.
