This eclectic collection is a curation of our favourite prints from Free Spirit fabrics. Featuring designs from the biggest names such as Anna Maria Horner, Nathalie Lete, Kathy Doughty and Valorie Wells, we have created three colour coordinated groups - Splendid, Serene and Soulful, which can be bought by the metre and as fat quarter bundles.
We are also offering a mega bundle of all three packs (30 prints in total) which includes a free pattern to make this eclectic ‘Free Spirits Quilt’, below left. Based on the traditional sawtooth block, the instructions include paper templates and suggestions for adding an optional border (examples below right). Please note that backing and binding are not included.
The latest collection from the Liberty Fabrics design studio draws inspiration from the interiors of 17th and 19th century orangeries. The Summer House quilting collection illustrates the grand architecture of these structures – paying homage to the details of decorative tiled flooring, iron works and trellises. Archival artworks are translated into conversational prints inspired by citrus fruits, plants and vines weaving amongst detailed ironworks, while floral geometric designs evoke the forms of intricate tiles.
The collection is available in two colour ways: Neutral offers a muted palette of soft pinks and greys while Terracotta has warmer tones in oranges and reds with contrasting leaf greens.
Produced with unique coating materials and manufactured with a non-traditional vertical polishing process, Clover Black Gold needles are a premium brand. Strong, sharp and uncommonly smooth they are the choice of those to whom ultimate performance is a necessity.
Black Gold Quilting Between – primarily for quilting or anything requiring small, precise stitches

Eric Carle is acclaimed and beloved as the creator of The Very Hungry Caterpillar, which has eaten its way into the hearts of literally millions of children all over the world and has been translated into more than 45 languages and sold over 30 million copies.
Transposed onto fabric, his designs have been hugely successful, and now Andover have released a new line called The Very Hungry Caterpillar, Bright!
The updated prints are certainly bold and bright, and the collection features two brand new panels, 8 fabrics, plus a fat quarter pack and two quilt kits.
The Rainbow Jamboree kit (below left) includes enough fabric to make up one quilt top and two coordinating cushions whilst the Bright quilt (right) makes use of the fabulous yellow panel as a centrepiece.
If unicorns are more your spirit animal than caterpillars then check out Melissa Averinos’ designs called Sparkle Magic Shine from Wilmington Prints. The 60 x 110cm panel of featuring rainbows and unicorn is complemented by soft, pastel toned blenders, this collection would make the perfect quick quilt project for any unicorn lover.
The colourful interconnected squares in this quilt fool the eye— It looks very complex but really is easy to do with some clever piecing and positioning, and the quilt is considered suitable for a confident beginner.
