July 4th is marked as Independence Day in America, here we will be celebrating Independents Day. Few towns and cities in the UK have the diversity of independent venues that Brighton boasts; nor the loyal following.

Since lockdown, we have continued to shout loud and proud about the food and drink scene. This is for one simple marketing objective - to maintain our presence. Many venues may have not known what to say to their customers during the past month, how to appear relevant, but that’s okay - we’ve been holding the torch for you.
  • Over the past week, we have noticed traffic to Restaurants Brighton increase by 17.3%
  • Sessions on Restaurants Brighton has increased by 18.4%
  • And the duration spent on our pages has increased by 40.7%

We caught up with Phil Bartley of The Great British Charcuterie who is one of the first to take up a residency in the premises.
