I feel led to reemphasize this after a mailer was sent to our community this week that included inaccurate or misleading information that may clearly leave the wrong impression as to the efforts being made by Council and staff to provide a comprehensive and transparent budget."

City Planner Rachel Roberts Resigns after more than Eight Years with the City of Kennedale

As the City's first professional planner, Rachel made invaluable contributions to planning and development related functions and has been a tremendously valued member of the Leadership Team. Her last day in Kennedale will be September 30. She has accepted the position of Director of Development for the City of Crowley.   >> View the Press Release
The Kaufman County Heroes Foundation is hosting a 9-11 Memorial Ride to Kennedale's memorial in TownCenter Park. This ride is to honor and to remember all those who lost their lives that fateful day. All vehicles — not just motorcycles — are encouraged to join in, as it is not what you ride but what you ride for.
To report standing water, please send an email or call 817-985-2170 and leave your name, contact information, and the exact location of the water that needs to be treated. Tarrant County has a page dedicated to mosquito prevention.
