Congratulations to Interim Public Works Director Larry Hoover (center, above) and Backflow Customer Service Inspector Dennis Brown (not pictured), who each recently completed the Texas Certified Public Manager (CPM) Program offered by Texas State University. This sixteen-month certification program covers a range of topics facing modern Public Managers and is aimed at enhancing their knowledge of service, management, and development of both cities and people. Classes are held at the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) in Arlington.

Keep Kennedale Beautiful (KKB) Commissioners would like to thank all of our Adopt-A-Spot participants for their commitment to keeping Kennedale beautiful. During the 2017-18 fiscal year, volunteers spent 484 hours removing more than 1,000 pounds of debris from local roadways. Thank you to the following individuals, families, and businesses:

CITY COUNCIL
The City Council holds regular meetings on the third Tuesday of each month. Special meetings are scheduled as needed.
