Recap of Recent Events
"Lo Sagrado y Lo Profano" (The Sacred and the Profane) delighted a packed Old Mission San Jose with the music of 17th century Spain as concert goers enjoyed the unique experience of watching it being played on screen. Afterwards all were treated to wine and hors d'oeuvres prepared by wonderful volunteers in the historic Old Mission Museum. Photos by Nancy Dorighi.
Music at the Mission's Chamber Rock celebrated the intermingling of classical and rock music. Attendees experienced rock's roots in blues along with '60s and '70s rock master-pieces - all influenced by classical music. Photo by Music at the Mission
