Keynote Brad Heckman, CEO of the New York Peace Institute, one of the largest conflict resolution services in the US, on the topic “What could possibly go wrong? Embedding mediation skills into the NYPD, NASA, the former Soviet Bloc, and more.”

Toronto’s Karen B. K. Chan will speak on the topic of emotional intelligence in FDR practice.

Two family judges (Justices George Czutrin & Debra Paulseth, plus former Ontario Attorney-General Chris Bentley) will discuss the future of FDR practice. Panel to be chaired by Alf Mamo, a well-known family lawyer, mediator and arbitrator.
