Breakfast or no breakfast?

Starting our morning in a good way can really set us up for the rest of the day.
Yet sometimes we don't make enough time to do this.

How many times have we been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day?
I used to have coffee with marmalade on toast for breakfast around 7am, and by 10.30am I would feel light headed and lacking energy.
Some of you reading this don't even have breakfast and so are going out to work with an empty feeling and no fuel for your body to work with.

Breakfast is the first step to achieving your first daily intake of nutrients. Even this meal needs to be in balance.
Carbohydrates 40%

We also include fibre, vitamins and minerals.

Remember that the body will have to put in extra effort to perform even those basic functions.
Leaving you feeling stressed, tired and irritable.
When we feel like that we are more likely to reach for unhealthy snacks later on
