|Greetings <<First Name>>!
Consider all the stimuli we can tap into by just noticing the outdoors - the smell of fresh blooms; the visual spectacle of new foliage bursting forth; and the feeling the ground thaw beneath our feet. It’s like we’re now moving from a subtle state of inertia, and gaining momentum toward exciting things that lie ahead.
On one particularly magical day, I went out on the still half-frozen lake in my kayak, and navigated the water and ice with my paddle. There is such a small window of opportunity to do this on the lake, so you could imagine my excitement to chip away at what has been still for months. On the blog, I write about how this became a metaphor for embracing change and creating positive ripples in our lives.
Also on the blog, we welcome Research Scientist, Naresh Vempala, as he writes about his journey as a leader. I had the pleasure of coaching Naresh, and he shares valuable insights on how to get the most from your coaching session. It’struly refreshing when leaders commit to ongoing learning and growing themselves - it can truly take performance to a whole new level!
So as you enjoy the gifts of spring, see if you can notice how these beautiful moments make you feel… inspired, hopeful, ready for change? Why not let go and allow your senses to get that journey started?
Wishing you all a feel good month,
