Greetings <<First Name>>!
For many of us, we so often look at our “To Do” list and focus on what we HAVEN’T accomplished by the end of the day. It’s easy to fall into that feeling of being or doing “not enough.” But what if we shifted, refocused?
Well friends, it’s time to flip your perspective and start making your “What I’ve Done” list! Let’s take a good close look at our personal strengths, and celebrate how we have risen to the occasion on any given day. The list still contains the same information as it did before, but the emphasis is on productivity, output, results, and accomplishment.
This month on our blog, we offer a how-to guide for holding a book club - a simple concept that takes little financial investment, causes minimal disruption within the office, and offers valuable returns for both individual and team growth. The perspective revealed at these sessions can lead to great opportunity - a real PUNCH for your paperback! And how cool is it to see things from the point of view of others?
Also, one of our favourite coaches Megan Cosgrove shares how her perspective was flipped when she landed as a Canadian expat in Sweden. She touches on some of the concepts that the Swedes have really gotten right in the workplace, and challenges us to ask, “What we can learn from they way other cultures do business?”
Spring is around the corner and with each passing day we have more light in our lives. So continue to let it illuminate new paths for you to explore and shine yours… BRIGHT!
