TAILGATE WATCH

Chris Young has added additional dates to his headlining “Town Ain’t Big Enough World Tour 2020” – now launching Thursday, April 30th in Columbus, OH. He’ll be joined by special guests Scotty McCreery as direct support along with Payton Smith on tour April through September. In addition, Chris will highlight various Next From Nashville artists at his shows, offering the opportunity for up-and-coming acts to showcase their talents in front of a massive audience. Chris and The AMG Management will personally pick opening acts to play each week of the tour.

ON THE BAR WALL

BBR Music Group has officially announced Johnny McGuire as a solo act on its Wheelhouse Records imprint. The Kansas City native will make his solo radio debut with “I Can't Even” on March 9th, which happens to be McGuire's birthday. This signing marks McGuire’s return to Wheelhouse Records, where he was signed as one half of the fast-rising Country duo, Walker McGuire. Johnny is one of my fav dudes - just an all-around good guy who def deserves a shot!

BACKSTAGE PASS

Team CAA (two of my favs Blake & Reid) hanging out at the final show of Lauren Alaina’s “That Girl Was Me” Tour in Atlanta at the Buckhead Theater. All in all, Lauren's first-ever headlining tour featured 14 SOLD-OUT dates showing she is one of those special artists who can put butts in seats!

SHOT

Bailey Bryan is continuing to visually express songs from her recently released PERSPECTIVE EP, sharing the self-aware new music video for “Pressure.” Directed by frequent collaborator John Tashiro, the video showcases Bryan trying not to fall into the pressures of society and fitting in. The video portrays the juxtaposition of outside expectations versus Bryan’s inner monologue, as she attends a picture-perfect tea party and the realization builds that there is no point in trying to “fake it” anymore.
