Matadors4Wellness Peer Health Educators
Interested in educating your peers about leading healthier lives in college and beyond? Then join our team. Matadors4Wellness Peer Health Educators are trained to provide educational programs on stress reduction, sleep improvement, alcohol tobacco and other drugs, sexual health, healthy eating, and overall wellness. All majors are welcome.

CERT Training is designed to prepare you to protect and help yourself, family, and neighbors in the event of a disaster. This training will teach you basic skills to assist your community in emergency situations where first responders become overwhelmed.

Disaster Preparedness Academy
California State University Northridge Disaster Preparedness Academy is based on a series of lunchtime workshops that are designed to kick start your readiness for any emergency situation.

Commit to Be Fit is a free fitness and wellness program led by CSUN Kinesiology students four nights per week. The workouts consist of functional cardiovascular and resistance training aimed to get you in shape and help you feel your best. The program is open to CSUN staff, faculty, and community members.

Fitness Program Monday through Thursday 5:30-6:20PM during the fall and spring semesters
